It was hard but felt fantastic. The instructor made me feel comfortable even though I wasn't very good at it being it was my first time doing hot yoga.

The classes are great. The instructors and staff are very welcoming. The rates are lower than a lot of other studios. The only thing that I would like to see would be a later evening Monday class and/or a Friday evening flow class.
