Rachel Liao is knowledgeable and excellent. She helped me recover from a stubborn illness last November and she helped me with digestive issues yesterday. Booking an appointment online was a little tricky, but the receptionist was helpful and took care of it.

The reception team was not only prepared but also addressed me by name, making me feel instantly comfortable and acknowledged. The ambiance further set the tone for the experience with an inviting scent and soothing background sound that captured my senses creating a calm and relaxing environment. It was clear that attention to detail was a priority. Special kudos to Ms. Rachel Liao, whose incredible expertise and gentle approach made a significant difference. She exhibited genuine care and thoughtfulness recommending the most effective treatment and keeping me relaxed with simple targeted massages before delicately inserting each needle. Her technique was flawless and her calm demeanor put me completely at ease. By the end of my session I felt rejuvenated, relaxed and noticeably improved both in body and spirit. I left smelling wonderful and with a sense of tranquility that lingered throughout the day. Overall, East Village Acupuncture provided a stellar experience that surpassed all expectations and I cannot recommend them highly enough!
