• My visit went wonderful with Chloe. I made the decision to make another appointment with her because she is the perfect blend of warmth friendliness and professionalism. HOWEVER the receptionist was catty and not as warm. I was told that I could book my appointment at the same price as the Groupon so I tried to find what I paid on my phone but she said we wouldn't honor it anyway because this (the price i was charged that was higher than the Groupon) was the lowest they could go. Some remarks were slightly condescending as well but not all out rude. Solve this problem- clone Chloe and fill the place with her LOL. No, but that's the only reason for 9 and not 10.....
