• Edith was phenomenal! So knowledgeable is her field and her communication On what she was doing was so helpful. I really enjoyed her! The space was relaxing and beautiful!

• The person that did my service and at the front desk were excellent I had the best experience one could have probably had getting a first time Brazilian wax. HOWEVER, as I was leaving, I asked the people in the salon about directions to the bus stop. The man that's sweeping stated that he, quote, "had no idea", of the bus route. At least, was able to tell me what streets I was between, which was fine. Then, I asked, and pointed, if I was going, "west", and he told me yes. I told him thank you. I know I interrupted idol chatter, but, I was trying to get home at night time. What rubbed me the very wrong way was when I appreciatively and gladly said, "Good Night everybody!" I was shocked when I received NO response. That's absolutely crushing to someone that: has extremely high social anxiety, that's ultra sensitive to rejection AND lives and in a very racist state. It made the experience feel like I had the door slammed in my face. I'll still return to receive services from Megan. She's an excellent esthetician! I will be telling people at both my jobs about the positive side of my visit. I don't include the spoiling part time n my Groupon review.
