• My better half booked an appointment for me to try the sensory deprivation floating for the first time. I was kind of skeptical and a bit nervous, but I have to say I was more than impressed with the entire experience at East Coast Floats. The woman who welcomed me was very thoughtful and covered any questions I had in her introduction. She really went out of her way to make me feel comfortable even though I was anxious. I have had serious lower back pain after having a baby but while floating I could feel the tension release from my back and was in a state of complete peace. • This was the first time visit for me.Upon arrival I was greeted with a friendly smile and hello,Everything was explained to me on procedures and what to expect.I have had two shoulder surgeries and plagued with sciatica nerve pain. This was truly a great experience for me. I actually left after an hour in the saltbath pod feeling great. No pain. It's day two and still feel great.
