• I came in feeling run down and overwhelmed and left feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the world. It sounds crazy I know but the time spent taking an self enforced timeout really made an impact on my physical and mental well being. I'm hooked and I'm ready to add this back into my self care routine! Joe and Billy were super helpful making sure everything went smooth during my welcome back visit!
