• From the beginning it was a wonderful experience! First, I was greeted by Joseph and his warm smile :) He patiently explained the benefits and procedures of the establishment. East Coast was clean & inviting and I felt fantastic after I left.

• 2 towels would be nice one for hair and one for body. And water started getting cooler at about the half hour maybe crank it up a bit more so it doesn't get a bit cooler. Nice to have a spray deorderant added to area that you can do your hair at. Other than that great experience, thank you!
