• I was very impressed by my experiences at East Coast Float Spa. Every step of the process, from the moment you walk in the door, is well thought out and takes into account the needs of the customer. The staff is friendly and helpful, and keep the place very clean and welcoming. The float rooms themselves are also designed with the customer in mind, with easy to read signs and information on how to get the most out of your float. • I have been coming to float every 3-4 weeks since December and noticed some benefits. Yesterday when I came in I had a lot of back, hip and joint pain from a very physically demanding day at work. After the float my low back and hip pain was gone and my overall joint pain was very minimal. I felt great! The facility in West Chester is very clean and the staff are always pleasant. The benefits of floating are very apparent to me and I plan to continue this therapy.
