Absolutely incredible experience being able to join Jamie's class while visiting Seattle! Jamie's connection to the class as well as her allowance and encouragement of freedom/expression made for a beautiful practice. Flow sequences and intentions both challenged and ignited mind, body and soul. I don't say it lightly that this was the BEST yoga class I have ever been a part of! Thank you Jamie!
