I love the class!! The only feedback I have that would make it better is to have either the teacher have a mic or to turn the music down. It is really hard to hear and I have to rely on watching others. But I sweat real good and feel amazing after!

She led the class at a reasonable pace, selected poses/stretches that were challenging for a regular, yet attainable for a novice (such as our myself), with outstanding direction and cues. If her instrction is representative of the rest of the studio, we will make Earth Eind & Fire our regular neighborhood studio! Great introduction, thanks.
