• Earth and Aerial has been a place were I feel I can take time for me, healing my mind and body. After a long day at work, it is a place where I can release stress, challenge my skills and build strength in my body. All the instructors are friendly, patient and have their own unique way of teaching, yet challenging us at our own pace. I have felt very safe during this pandemic. Everything is clean & using our individual silks brings me comfort in my practice during these trying times.
