• I absolutely love Kelly’s classes, which offer the opportunity for stress reduction, gentle yoga movements and adaptations, as well as celebrations of joy through Kelly’s music (singing and singing bowls). She offers adaptations and challenges for those who are participating. These classes are part of my “self-care.”
