Ileana was excellent in the bowls/ yoga class.

Restorative yoga & Sound Bath was physically, mentally, spiritually uplifting. The yoga moves were spot on; opens up the body- good for agility, stretching, a stress releaser, .... the sounds instructor made with instruments were divine. Her voice was very low though thruout the entire guided session. Wish instructor would talk louder as was a bit difficult to follow along. The instructor was otherwise wonderful.
