Because the substitute Instructor " Dixie" was absolutely amazing unlike any other instructor❣️ She gave individual one on one attention to posture correction throughout class to each person and explained the reason why that move was important to our health and the reasons why we were doing it and how it would improve our health and well being. There was no chit chat about shopping, news, restaurants, fashion-and chatting like other instructors do at every class while the rest of the class waits around for chatting to subdue before & during class for us to start or continue with the exercises. There is a lot of downtime and chatting with other instructors and with Dixie it was very informational, educational, and on pace and actually engaging and helpful with one on one tips and attention to posture and improvement. Additionally she gave relaxation peaceful mediation exercise and mindfulness motivational skills at the end with was a welcome change of pace and very much appreciated in this chaotic world instead of the way the class usually ends talking about fashion and shopping! 😱
