Matt's class was excellent he was a 10 - his balance and stretch amazing. In regards to the sound class the bowl was too loud - a couple of times I felt the sounds presented were actually disturbing - my expectations were relaxing by going quietly deep within sound - however I found myself clenching my jaw through most of it . I did enjoy the soothing sound of the rain stick and the wind chimes. Had the volume been lower - had the bowl been deeper pitched and much softer it could have been soothing . The women running the class were very kind .
