From the warm reception upon entering Eagles Haven front office, to the kindness of all employees, and culminating in an excellently taught class, "On the Mat" is pure therapy. Matthew's experience in keeping participants safe with proper body positions, and sensing when to add, or switch up, his specific movements, depending upon class "energy," is only the work of an experienced professional. Lastly, his sense of humor brings lightness to "doing the work" of healing mind/body/spirit.
