I'm 50. Whenway through the massaged side felt like it belonged to the body of a very relaxed 20 year old and the yet-to-be-massaged side felt like it belonged to a 100 year old cranky witch. When I left, both sides felt beautifully relaxed and I felt 6 inches taller. More than 24 hours later and I still feel fantastic.
