Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and accommodating. They will make any adjustments as needed (pressure, fan or heat, even keeping tissues handy). If you mention an area of pain or stiffness/discomfort, they will pay some special attention to that area to try and work that out. If you want to talk, they'll have a conversation with you, and if you'd rather just relax and not say much, they're good to work in silence as well.
