E5 Massage

I received a Groupon for a 60 minute facial preceded by an infrared sauna session. Making an appointment was easy- I submitted an online request and received a call the next day.

I've driven past this 1970s looking office building several times, but never in a million years would I have expected to find a spa inside. Law offices and accountants maybe. Once you step out of the long hallway into the spa, however, you are immediately transported into a Zen space with Buddha statues and aromatherapy diffusers.

The infra-red sauna is inside an individual room, so you have it all to yourself. There are different programs you can run, like pain relief, weight loss or detoxification, paired with color therapy via changing lights of your choice. Think of it as disco sauna.
Simply relax or watch Netflix. Even though the temperature inside the sauna cabin is well above 100F I hardly felt hot or even broke a sweat. Your skin doesn't get hot, because the rays penetrate deep into your tissues, muscles and bones. It's a gentle and therapeutic heat. I loved it so much that I bought more sessions.
When you are ready to step out of the sauna cabin, you can wipe down with eucalyptus towels from the fridge and slip into a plush robe and slippers.

Shaye did my facial, and she was amazing. She customized her treatment for my oily break-out prone skin, including a 20% glycolic peel to get rid of dead cells and that dull winter skin. It was super relaxing, and she was fun to chat with. It was hard not to fall asleep. Shay's experience as an aesthetician is evident. I find that I usually break out after a facial; it's almost inevitable, but this time it was almost a non-issue.

I appreciate the fact that they use locally sourced beauty products from a company in Boulder, specially formulated for Colorado's dry climate. I definitely look forward to coming back.

Got my first full body massage. I have to say I thought it would be all relaxation and pleasure but according to Mark I had some really tight spots all over and I know he was correct. He worked those kinks out and it didn't feel very good at the time but he assured me if I continue to come those tight muscles will loosen up. Not to mention having a back injury years ago and two torn rotator cuffs. He was able to help loosen all that up to and honestly I feel great and light as a feather for some reason. Leaving the office I felt like I was floating on air. Lol...All that and it's literally right down the street from me. Thanks to all of you for your curtesy and clean relaxing accommodations.

I went in to see Abbi for a facial and the spa was super clean and well put together. Abbi took me back and made me comfortable by telling me exactly what she was doing on each step and the ingredients of the products. She gave me an amazing massage and was very personable, she was just great. My skin felt amazing after going here. I would recommend abbi and this spa 10/10 to anyone!! Thankyou for making my skin feel 100X better!

I had a facial with Abbi and she was absolutely amazing! I would 10/10 recommend her to anyone! She walked me through every single step and made sure I knew what she was using and why she was using it! Not to mention it was so relaxing and felt amazing! Such a sweet girl and so easy to talk to! Love love love Mark's massages!!! He has the gift of finding the blocked energy in your body and working it out. He can literally clear knots and other seized muscles better than anyone I've ever known. This is probably why I've been seeing Mark monthly for over 6 years. I happened upon E5 via Groupon nearly a year ago and I never looked back....or for another therapist. I see Mark, who has been amazing with the specific needs I have due to a mobility impairment. This was the best massage experience I have had! I am a traveling RN, and recently needed to de-stress after the drive across the country, starting a new job, and a rough day of skiing. This was the perfect medicine.
