• the beautician was attentive, listening to my needs before initiating any treatment, as in my excessive anesthesia and permanent, and what damage these things did to my hair. Then she sat me down and felt my hair, I'm guessing, to feel the damage,the texture and thickness of my hair and asked me some questions about what I wanted for the final outcome. She suggested conditioning hair then a trim and blow dry. Maureen is a gem. Thank you!
