From the moment I set foot in the door everyone was nice and accommodating. This was my first chemical experience ever and Olga made it super comfortable, I was a little anxious and she was easy to talk and explained the process perfectly. I didn't like the itty bitty room but Olga explained that they were remodeling, so no biggie. She also called the IPL esthetitian and the part that made me feel that I was in good hands was that they don't try to sell you services. They are awesome, this will be my go to place!!!
