I really enjoyed my facial, I had the deep pore clean and my face felt much lighter after. My esthetician was very good, I left feeling fresh faced but not blotchy which was very nice. She was also very helpful. She recommended products to me without making me feel like I HAD to purchase them, but she did give me samples to try to see if I liked them which was very thoughtful.

Because I bought a 4 pack package. My biggest gripe about Dvida is that you don't consistently answer the phone. After leaving several messages and getting a call back when I was not available, I stopped by the spa. Also, your web booking sites are not good for people who have bought packages. It demands a payment even though a person has already paid. Thank you.
