• The employees could be friendlier and the price is high for a 14 yr old having to pay adult prices. We like to stay across the street but used to get a discount every time we visited, but not anymore. Even though the pamphlet in the lobby says so. ALSO the price at Westerly is high for the amenities it offers. The Spa however is great!!
