• Niqi looked at my eye shape and applied lashes which made my eyes look more open and tipped up at the ends. I love that because the last place I went they looked at me and said volume and gave me a big black line across my eye which I don't think enhanced my eye at all. Also, Niqi listened to some of my previous problems with lashes and did her best to make certain those things didn't reoccur. Dulce and Niqi are great!
