I have been with Casey Simmons since 2014. Dudas is the best place to get your body in shape. Everyone is very friendly and the location is very well-maintained. In fact, all the trainers are fabulous. This is my go-to place to rebound and rejuvenate. After working out at Dudas, I walk out stress-free. The best thing is there is an alternate workout catered for everyone, to achieve their goals.

Facility is very clean, my trainer is professional and knowledgeable, lots of different options for equipment, & I like that it's a private facility so it's not super crowded.
