The Dudas facilities are the cleanest and best maintained fitness center in the area. The owners of Dudas take great pride in their facility and staff. It is apparent in all the little details and teamwork between everyone at Dudas! The trainers are the highest quality. My trainer, Casey, is phenomenal. As I have aged and have had physical limitations, he has adapted and used various methods to continue my training. I have noticed that the trainers DO NOT have "one size fits all" training philosophy. The trainers know their clients and train what is best for each client!
