The staff members are nice and welcoming. The facilities and equipment are always well maintained, disinfected and I find the environment very Zen (and pretty). My trainer Casey is very professional, knowledgable and encouraging. He challenges me while remaining flexible to modify activities based on to my particular limitations. I really love this gym.
