My son has been working out there and has gained core and confidence and now loves to workout and very conscious of his diet watching him get in better shape and his want to be better is awesome and Dudas has been a motivational factor for sure

All of the trainers at Dudas truly care about their clients. They listen and watch and choose the best work out for you. It is not a cut and paste training session but actually a guided training session to teach you what you need and why. I have learned so much about my personal strengths and weaknesses from Nicole. I understand more why certain things are easy for me and other things are so difficult. I have enough knowledge now to be more comfortable working on these needs at home without injury or just wasting my time. All because Nicole takes the time to work with me and explain not just teach me a workout and send me on my way.

The facility has a welcoming, personal feel to it and my trainer is a wealth of knowledge and encouragement. He's the bomb diggity! Had my first session this week and can't wait for the next!
