• -classy upscale vibe & clean rooms between sessions -fact that they teach by action (asking people to act responsible & clean up after themselves by putting towels in basket) -PLUS, of course, good value for cost options -education provided (collection of info on technical side of saunas offered in manuals) -ease of scheduling online AND via phone -accommodating to request for extra towels -single shower outside of individual rooms great for cold therapy PLUS having it outside of rooms keeps things 'efficient' and moving -staff that 'gets' autoimmunity and can relate in brief convos makes you unique to other places & a place I prefer to help support for success
