Because everyone is super friendly, you get a great workout in, and everything is convenient to the yoga mat rentals to the showers provided. Super comfortable environment to be in.

Jenny was an excellent instructor for my first time attending. It helped with her reassuring and encouraging words to make sure we are being kind to our bodies during the practice. She was my constant reminder to always keeping breathing.
