It's a wonderful safe and stress-free place to practice. I love Jen's philosophical wisdom and Tess's Sunday power flow. But best of all I love the dancing Shiva practice which invokes the spiritual yoga practice through devotional music.

The classes at Drishti are some of the best yoga I have ever experienced. I have seen my body transform over the last 6 months and it has helps me stay positive day to day. My favorite classes are the vinyasa flow classes. They are hard but always fun. I have made some great friends too. Jen and the community at Drishti gave me the warmest welcome when I moved to Tucson. 10 stars. Highly recommend!
