Wonderful instruction in a clean, safe setting

I would've chosen 11 but it would only let me choose up to 10. I can tell this is a great studio because the energy feels good here. Unlike other studios my body felt really safe to open up and just overall it was very happy during the experience

The yoga class was well paced , and we moved thought through poses to great music . The instructor gave clear directions throughout the class giving me the opportunity to do my best .

Tess is an awesome instructor. She has a welcoming smile, great instruction, good music, extra challenges for those that want them but makes sure that you feel great whether you do every pose or not.
