I love all the teachers! It's great for all levels of yogis! As a beginner, I appreciate all of the cues and little corrections to be sure I'm getting the most out of each posture!

Pace is great - not too slow nor fast. Temp inside is much better than a few weeks ago - hot but not to the point of wanting to faint, esp since it's already hot and humid outside.
