I especially enjoy Jen's yoga and life philosophy which comes through in her classes. It gives me great focus during the practice. We are so lucky to have a great teacher like Jen. I would say that all the instructors are excellent in their own way as well. Plus, I love the Dancing Shiva class because of its meditative focus and traditional devotioal music. It's a great connection to the spiritual side of yoga.
