Dancing shiva is the best! It is so consistent with instruction, music, temperature. So good! Annie is the best, but all the subs have been good too. This class was especially good. I told Annie so, but you should know too!

The studio offers an early morning class which is perfect for my schedule. Hot yoga is very unique and the studio is pristine. The bathrooms have a ton of complimentary items for hygiene which makes me feel cared for, and the cold towels are a loving gesture. I like the teachers, they were kind to me. The classes I took were challenging and relaxing but not so tough that it made the class unbearable combined with the heat. I just completed yoga teacher training and have been teaching at my work, and the discount offered for teachers is a perk that I DEEPLY appreciate because I do not make a lot of money. All these factors have made me completely hooked after only two visits. I appreciate this studio and it's offerings.
