• I loved the facial, the environment was terrific, the people very friendly. Entering information prior to the visit was very problematic and for Jeff never worked after multiple tries. We weren't informed that the steam room was available to us ahead of time, Jeff never knew. The steam room wasn't hot or steamy anyway. The offer of tea was nice but was actually only hot water. Just small bits like these took the visit down from a 10 to a 9. Thanks. Ginny
