• Beautiful hotel and location. I was disappointed that my upgradei paid for included a fire place, which I assumed was gas, but no way to have a fire ( wood). Wasted money. We also would have liked the pool to be open earlier for a workout, especially when the fitness center is closed. When I asked about it, I was told harshly " I can't do anything about it." I was checking out so it didn't matter to me, but an explanation would have been nice. I understand things are what they are due to covid and I'm sure people are rude
