Great service, and friendly staff!

This was my second time coming to Dream Spa Medical in Canton and both were positive experiences. My appointments were with Leah for hydrafacials. It's not the typical facial you're probably use to getting. I actually noticed a slight difference in the appearance and texture of my skin just after the first treatment!

The prices for services are not cheap, but they are affordable. The products that were recommended to me after my facials are very decent in price compared to other places I've been too.

Appointment notifications/confirmations are sent through email, which I think is great because I personally do not like phone calls.

I also find their referral program to be very helpful not only to me, but the person I have referred there. We both end up with saving money on our services. And "checking in" through Yelp gives you a little bonus too ;)

I have been a paying customer of nightmare spa for a few years for laser hair removal services. At first the service was fine but after their best employee left and I had to see other laser techs the hair removal service became poor, hairs were continuously missed at my treatments that I paid full price for. I explained that hairs were missed and kindly asked for the areas missed to be treated and I was met with a rude response and refusal to treat the areas unless I pay again.

The owner Diana Brouillard and her staff treated me with a lack respect and disregard after years of patronizing them. I have photos that prove hairs were missed on my brazilian and other areas of my body. I would not recommend this place they are highly unethical and Cathy Cahill and Diana the owner displayed racist and aggressive behavior towards me. Dream spa is a nightmare and they will lie about your character in order to defend their poor customer service and behavior.

I had an 11 am consultation and I was pretty early getting there at about 9:30. The official ce opens at 10 so I went in about 10:15. I sat in the lobby until 10:30 not being helped although I can here people in the back. Nonetheless the lobby is super cute and they have complimentary WiFi so I surfed the next.

I was help d by Leah and she was amazing. I did ample research before coming so I didn't have many questions but she answered the ones I did have. So here's the thing I loved. She asks me to tell her what I understood about the procedure and what my actually goals were before she gave her regular spiel. This was amazing because she heard what I said and then spoke. She also gave the "real deal" and not what I wanted to hear to get my money.

Her honesty is why I will be back (to have another service) and why this place will receive my coins. I would recommend her any day of the week, and especially on a Friday .

I want to give a 10 star review to my favorite injector Tilli she is very straightforward, knowledgeable, professional and is great at making you so comfortable. I highly recommend her if you need to get your lips or botox done (of course anything else) she is so awesome i love her! I cant wait to see her again for my next appointment

I've been visiting DSM for a few years now, seeing Kelly F. for services. She's extremely meticulous and very knowledgeable about skincare. She's also very friendly as is all the staff I have come in contact with. The establishment is clean and well kept, nothing out of place. I would give them 5 stars without hesitation.

My experience there was mixed. I did have a nice oxygen facial, but the aesthetician convinced me to to go back for a VIP peel, which was horrible. The VIP peel was not for me, but worse, I saw no improvements and I was left with three scars across my forehead. She rubbed the chemical to deep into the skin on my forehead and it cut me. I still have the hyperpigmentation, but now add the scars across my forehead which look like wrinkles. I've been using glycolic acid at home which has been helping. I would be very careful having certain procedures here. Facials are all right, but anything else, I would be hesitant. As for me, I'm never going back. Also I noticed that Dr. Russo seems to be the head of many of these so called "medical spas" that are popping up everywhere. He's only in it for the profit and isn't supervising what is going on.

Lindsey is exceptional with injections. The entire staff is extremely helpful. The front desk is always able to access your profile to let you k ow what perks have been earned and always good for guidance.

My search to start 2017 with a clean face started off at Dream Spa. I was looking for a provider of the HydraFacial patented procedure and lucky for me it was in my backyard. I booked the day before and was lucky enough to have a opening the next day. Filled out my paperwork and saw the very experienced Slone! She gave me step by step commentary on what she was doing with the hydrafacial steps and sucked out all my blemishes. My skin feels rejuvenated and there was no down time! Will be back again as the seasons change!

Wow, what a wonderful experience. I have been struggling with back acne since I was about 13 years old (now 20) and have tried almost everything besides Accutane. I was given a treatment with an acne fighting machine that took about 30 minutes all together, it was quick and painless. My skin immediately felt and looked better, and within a few days my acne is 75% clear and very manageable. I'm sure with a few more treatments it will be cleared up.

If you have been struggling with this condition, I highly recommend doing the free consultation. The aesthetician was very thoughtful and kind, and made me feel at ease.

Dream Spa is a wonderful place to go for all of your skin care needs! I cannot say enough positive things about Kelly Ford who is one of the talented aestheticians who works there. She is so knowledgeable and easy to talk to, very personable and puts you right at ease. Explains everything very thoroughly and makes sure you are comfortable before, during and after every service. I have had hydrafacials, sun spot removal via medlite, laser vascular treatments as well as other things! I have never felt more confident about my skin! Highly recommend an appointment with Kelly if you want to feel good about you skin too!!!
