I have previously written 5-star reviews for Google and Yelp. In short, Dragonfly is for everybody and every body. Anne, the owner, fosters this welcoming atmosphere by building a strong community. The excellent teachers follow Anne's example by providing a wide range of classes that are both physically challenging and emotionally uplifting. It's not hard to find classes that fit your schedule. The encouragement and support I get from Dragonfly lasts long past the end of class.
