Every time I practice with Tara, it is the start of a new and beautiful journey. She always gives me a nugget of wisdom that settles my mind, allowing me to focus on what my body is telling me, to catch a glimpse of nothingness and where my life steps should lead. I could listen to her for hours. It is like a line from a song from the band Chicago - "only the beginning." Peace
