I really enjoyed both classes I took at Dragonfly Hot Yoga. I practice every day and was worried about finding somewhere to go on my trip to FXBG. I loved both Susanna and Alana's teaching--but especially Susanna's power flow long flow. The room was a great temperature and there were lots of little details that made the experience unique, like the oils, free rental mats, complimentary fruit, and cold towels. I'll be suggesting some of those details to my home studio :). All of the students were friendly and I felt super welcome. I'll definitely choose Dragonfly the next time I'm in town! Thank you.

I love Dragonfly. Everyone is great, the atmosphere was great. Some of the substitute teachers of classes I regularly attend are not my preference. Overall I love everything about it.
