The vibe upon entering Dragonfly is welcoming, and being able to get into the hot studio 30 minutes before class and acclimate to the heat, stretch, chill, and get your mind ready for the practice is so beneficial to me. Taking a class with Melissa will challenge your strength and balance, and she always offers an opportunity to play with more advanced poses, while giving "easier" options as well. I've learned so much from her, and am so grateful for all the teachers and Front Desk staff of Dragonfly.
