This environment is exceptionally welcoming, and calming just to be in. The instructors are all extremely knowledgeable and helpful. No matter the skill level of each student, every instructor that I have worked under, was so kind, encouraging, and added to the calm and welcoming environment. I have already suggested Dragonfly to so many others. Every time I leave, I do so feeling more confident in myself, and connected to my body and mind. Absolutely love it.

I was a member a number of years ago before Kip went to Germany. It was nice to see the expansion of the hot yoga, and as always the instructor was amazing so I'll definitely be looking at them more comprehensive membership package and bringing my daughter along when she comes home from college.
