Dragonfly is the best! Having the option of a challenging 6am hot class during the week is a huge plus and Jess is a very helpful, knowledgeable instructor. I'm not a morning person but I wake up early just for this class!

The class was challenging, but fun. The instructor, Tara, was very good leading us through all of the poses and giving options. As always, love getting the essential oil at the beginning of class. The studio space is great.
