I've been to several yoga studios in the FXBG area over the last few years, but Dragonfly is by far my favorite. The variety of types of classes, number of available classes, and expertise of the instructors make this the best. People of all body types, backgrounds, and abilities turn up for classes and everyone feels welcome. Instruction here strikes the perfect balance between insightful/spiritual and down-to-earth/practical. These are real people engaged in real practice.
