I love the ambiance of dragonfly yoga, the staff that I've encountered is very kind and helpful, and my hot beginner class with Alana was extremely challenging but in the best way. My visit was very rejuvenating and I plan to return on a regular basis!

I love Alana's power yoga or honestly all of her classes! They way they are always so challenging but never the same. I always show up ready for her magic! Plus her quotes and the oils she uses just seem to always resonate and fit with what's going on with me. Her vibe just makes my day better and I try to carry that with me! 💖

The instructors help me do my best no matter my skill level. Alana knew my name right away and made me feel like she was my personal instructor. I also like the pay as you go option for affordability.
