Small classes, great space, awesome instructors

Our instructor for the Veterans class was amazing. The class flowed well. Even my husband (who normally doesn’t like yoga) said he felt great afterwards, relaxed and well stretched. From the introduction to the conclusion, she covered all the things you’d hope for. Aromatherapy, adjustments, etc...Best class in years.
