The instructor (Michelle) was extremely helpful and kind, even though I was a beginner (first timer) who showed up to an intermediate class, and I also feel like the session itself totally served its purpose as in, the flexibility and exercise that I got out of it.

Place was easy to find and navigate for your first visit and staff was welcoming. Instructor was both knowledgeable but also very friendly made the class a lot of fun. Warm, welcoming and professional.
