I chose 10 because my entire experience was awesome. The moment I walked in I was greeted felt welcomed. The instructor was very knowledgeable. She was amazing very patient and gentle. Overall I had an awesome experience. I lift weights during the week my body feels pretty tight the majority of the time. After I went to the hot yoga class my body felt so light my muscles didn't ache it was wonderful. I am definitely going back. I loved it!
