Great experience!! Beginner yoga was the perfect pace for me .. good work out and Alana is very encouraging during the class and keeps you wanting to come back !

LOVED the class! It was a beginner class, and i do think the instructor went a little fast-very hard to keep up FOR ME. I would do the class again though, with the hope I would catch on a bit more next time.
