I came in three months ago and was a novice. Very inflexible and stressed. I had two private lessons that were great. I am only doing in yoga and restorative yoga and I definitely see in improvement in my performance in class and my anxiety level. I feel like I'm close to going up another skill level. The people are friendly and helpful. The location is always nice and clean I have been very happy

It was a soothing and cleansing class. I haven't taken a yoga class in about 2 months and I was nervous I would struggle but absolutely left feeling 10x better.

This was my first ever yoga session and the instructor was helpful in explaining what poses to do and making sure we all were relaxed. All the staff were really friendly and the place was very clean.
